Alliance of Confederated Municipalities - ACM

The ACM represents a broad coalition of opposition forces in the Republic of Newfoundland. Backed by a coalition of dissident military units and sympathetic factions within the security apparatus, the ACM has seized control of several key cities and strategic locations and declared themselves the legitimate government of Newfoundland.
